It is with great gratitude that my wife and I write this letter of recommendation for real estate agent, Mary Horesco. In more ways than one, Mary made selling our home, and then buying a new home, a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and was able to get our home under contract in 7 days. We had a 30 day deadline to sell our old home, then buy and move in to a new home, and Mary was able to facilitate that by finding us a lender that could work fast. Not only that but also Mary knew all the right folks in Naples for getting an inspection, elevation certificate, and mold mitigation done fast. All of this was accomplished during Christmas and New Years....this is asking for a miracle in the Naples real estate market. Mary facilitated the acquisition of our own little piece of heaven and on Jan 24th we moved in with 1 day left until our deadline...I would bet Mary works as a real estate agent because she wants to, not because she has to.
